This patio and steps and seat wall was completed in the fall of 2007. As you can see I incorporated 3 different types of hardscapes into one project. The customer wanted a large patio to replace their old rotted deck. Since the deck was raise up from ground level to meet the entrances to the house, I made the patio more accessible on the ground level and made large steps to the sliding doors. Using a seat wall on the right side of the patio, it was a great way to block the site of the basement steps and make a nice enclosed feeling to the patio.
Bomberger Job
Here we have a retaining wall around a pool with some beautiful pillars and a water feature incorporated into the wall. The customer needed to retain the soil at the back side of the pool area so using this wall was a very functional and beautiful way to utilize the area.
Country Store Job
This job was done for The Country Store in Mt Joy, PA. Their project included an expansion onto the store and they needed a handicap ramp for access into the store. Using the versa-lok material I was able to build a wall suitable for the concrete ramp to be poured.
John Hess Job
On this project I created both a front entrance patio and also a large patio in the rear of the house along with a retaining wall. The front entrance consisted of a small wall enabling the patio to be raised to the proper height along with planting bed incorporated into the patio. The rear patio needed a retaining wall for the sloped soil at the right side as well as a step up for the entrance for the basement. All material was EP Henry Old Town Cobble in Dakota Blend.
Oberholtzer Job
On this project the customer wanted a patio in the rear of the house with a seating wall and pillar making this a beautiful hardscape. I built two pillars the entrance of the street onto the drive, making the property elegant and classy!
Lincoln Job
Here we have a very nice project. They wanted a simple, yet distinct patio for peacfull and relaxing place for BBQs and being outside with the children. With the Space I was able to create a usefull section for the grill along side the deck and a decently large area for the main patio. To make things a little more interesting, I used a circle pattern for some contrast and curves. I think this turned out to be a really beautiful project.
Sauder Job
Creating this small walkway was a fun project. The space that we had I was able to use some sandstone step treads to match the existing rock walls. The walkway turned out wonderful using another circle pattern to make more curves and contrast to the project!
Jon Warner Job
This job was a simple square patio with one step up to the sliding door. Using EP Henry Old Towne Cobble pavers in Autumn blend, this patio turned out very exceptional.
Tom Kile Job
Here we have a small entrance to building. Also using EP Henry Old Town Cobble, this time in Dakota Blend.
